All Innovative Healing sessions are holistic in nature and are designed to enhance and support your optimal wellness. Our services complement allopathic medicine and should not take the place of regular medical consultation.

Innovative Healing welcomes an integrative approach and ask that you consult your doctor before beginning the Innovative Healing Method.
At no time will there be any implied and or stated indication for any client to discontinue taking medication prescribed by his/ her physician, psychiatrist or prescribing specialist; or to discontinue care under the direction of any physician. All evaluations and services are not intended as a diagnosis or treatment of a disease.
Our mission is to provide you with an exceptional health care experience. Please share your observations or recommendations on how to make Innovative Healing even better.
Should a complaint arise we view this as an opportunity to recognise and fix a problem.
As an accredited member of ATMS, Innovative Healing practitioners abide by ATMS code of conduct and complaints handling process. If you believe that an ATMS practitioner has breached any aspect of the Code, you are able to make a complaint. Complaints should be received in writing within 30 days from the day of the complaint, preferably on the ATMS Complaint Form which is available by telephoning the ATMS office on 1800 456 855.
Part of our philosophy and coach approach is to encourage open and honest dialogue, We ask that you communicate with us before an issue becomes a problem.
However, If for any reason, you and Innovative Healing Practitioners are not able to come to a successful resolution of an issue, you and Innovative Healing and Innovative Healing Practitioners agree to the engagement of a third party arbitrator.
All of the services utilised by Innovative Healing are non- invasive and support your body’s own healing processes. However, some come with cautions and contradictions. Please sign the health questionnaire and waiver before each session and if in doubt always speak with your doctor before the session. In some circumstances you may be asked to provide a medical clearance before beginning the innovative Healing Method.
Due to the modulating effect of therapies and supplements some people may experience a short term worsening of symptoms such as an increase in bowel movement, headaches, fatigue, irritability or changes in sleep. This can be normal during the beginning of a detoxification process and is only temporary. Please be patient, avoid caffeine and alcohol and drink at least 2 Litres of water per day. Ensure you contact Innovative Healing for support. Although rear, it is possible to have an adverse reaction, If you experience an adverse reaction immediately stop, seek emergency help and contact us as soon possible.
Insurance companies consider this type of evaluation and services/ procedures to be non-standard care and are therefore not covered by insurance. The services offered at Innovative Healing are considered an elective to standard care, you agree to undertake any treatments or services of your own free will and you agree provide payment for all services, procedures, treatments and supplements.
Innovative Healing views each client as unique. Therefore it is understood that the results of the innovative healing Method and each individual therapy unitised by each client are not guaranteed in any way. However it has been found that complete client compliance to the natural health care recommendations usually result in greater and more consistent changes towards better health.​

Patient Privacy is important to Innovative Healing. Innovative Healing is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and endeavours to uphold the Australian Privacy Principles in collecting, disclosing and maintaining and securing personal and health information from:

Details about your general health ( ie. allergies, medications, medical conditions) and medical history that may impact the treatment and service you receive.
You have the right to refuse to provide your information. If you choose not to provide relevant personal and/ or health information, it may however affect you receiving appropriate care and service.
When, Why and with whom we share your personal information?
Innovative Healing will share your personal information when:
You give written permission to share with another heath care provider
Legally required by Government and regulatory bodies,
Your nominated relatives in an emergency
Third parties where this is required to comply with a tribunal order or to meet other legislative or regulatory requirements.

Checklist and appointment consent form
Please arrive 5 mins prior to your appointment time to allow time for check in.

If you are unable to keep this appointment, please call us at 0417 400 853 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule. You will receive a reminder phone call or text message for your appointment. Please confirm this appointment with our staff or you may leave a message or reply by text.

In addition to your initial appointment, we have also scheduled your follow up appointment. Please make a note of this appointment and as per all appointments, please let us know if you need to reschedule.

Your fee for you Initial Consultation is $220. Lab testing, nutritional supplementation and supportive therapies are in addition to this fee.

Before your first appointment there will be a few things that you need to do.

Please complete the enclosed paperwork and bring it with you on the day.

Bring a copy of any recent blood work (if you have a copy) any medication that you are currently taking and any supplements that you take regularly.

Also, for the benefit of our allergy sensitive clients, we kindly request that you wear no synthetic perfumes when visiting our office.

Your health and safety are our priority. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. We sanitise between each client and use an ionising air filtration system.

Code of conduct
